Kevin Murtha
Founding Attorney
Kevin received his B.S. in Accounting from St. John's University and his J.D. from the University of Miami — School of Law, both with honors. He is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Tax Court.
For the past 14 years, Kevin's practice has concentrated on estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, probate, and real estate.
He is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, as well as numerous charitable and philanthropic organizations.
